Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

To comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, Customer Service Standard, Community Living Georgina developed a Customer Service Policy Statement and Agency Complaint Resolution. Its purpose, to make organization’s operations accessible to people with disabilities by identifying and removing barriers to customer services.
